Is AltStore able to be installed wirelessly?
My IPhone 8 has a broken charging port, I was wondering is it possible to install AltStore wirelessly without using Itunes?
What is your host device? macOS, Windows? What OS? macOS 12, 13, 14, Windows 10, 11?
On another note, I used to work at a phone repair shop. Its possible your charging port is clogged with pocket lint that has been packed down by your lightning cable over the years. This can cause the cable to not seat properly and not allow the phone to charge.
Try getting a sewing needle (or something similar) and see if you can dig any out. There's some YouTube videos online showing how to do it.
My host device is Windows 11, Can get windows 10 if needed, as for the charging port. It's broken 100%. I don't remember what happened to it, it was my sisters. But the charging port doesn't work after whatever happened, and cleaning it doesn't help.
AltStore can be installed wirelessly, but you do need to plug your phone into your computer to get the process going. I'm not sure if there are other methods, but to my knowledge, the only things you can do are either replace the charging port or buy a new phone. If only Apple made it easier to repair phones...
