Altstore would always remove "Sideloadly" signed apps' certificates

Using Cowabunga, I can remove 3-app limit. Since Altstore only supports ONE apple account, I also use Sideloadly instead.

Every time after Altstore auto-refreshing, I can not open "Sideloadly" signed apps. The only thing I can do is manually refresh thme on computer.

On the contrary, after manually refreshing apps using Sideloadly, I can still open Altstore signed apps.
