Apps not installing

I have an issue with my iPhone 6S (iOS 15.7.7) that apps are not showing up. Neither .ipa apps or apps from trusted sources show up. I have restarted my phone several times now and they are still not showing up.

So you have AltStore installed, but when you download an app from the store, it doesn't show?

I have an issue with my iPhone 6S (iOS 15.7.7) that apps are not showing up. Neither .ipa apps or apps from trusted sources show up. I have restarted my phone several times now and they are still not showing up.

No Apps from Altstore don't show up
