Questions about backup and recovery

The data of the software has been backed up, but after uninstalling and reinstalling the software, there is no place where the backup file can be imported. What can I do to resolve this?

So if you are referring to the backup app data - AltStore stores this when you deactivate an app. Then, once you re-activate, the data will be restored. No need to import anything

Okay…. I tried V3K but I got scammed and it’s actually PPSSPP. I already have a PPSSPP emulator sideloaded and when the process is completed, the whole data is wiped. What the am I supposed to do?
