AltStore stopped working, then required an update - but failed to open because too many app registrations

I was unable to update to the latest AltStore for some reason. Things were working fine but I guess I let everything expire and when I went to reconnect I was unable to simply refresh, I had been prompted to install the new version and after doing so I was not able to open either version.

is there a way to clear all app registration from my developer account in order to let me try clean install?
