The App has stopped working
Literally the day before yesterday, the application worked perfectly. Today it just stopped working. I wanted to update AltStory itself and a couple of apps for it. Everything seemed to be going normally, but I didn't notice that AltStore would be reinstalling. I completely deleted the application, deleted AltServer from my computer. I reinstalled iTunes and iCloud (the latest versions for today), downloaded the latest version (1.5.1.0) of AltServer and tried to install the application again. Everything goes as usual, Alt Server even asks me for a six-digit verification code, but again nothing — the AltStore icon does not appear on the desktop of my iPhone.
I have the same issue, Windows 10 21H2, AltServer 1.5.1.0 and cannot install AltStore on my iPhone SE. @rileytestut aby ideas how to solve the issue?
It is strange, I confirmed that the apple device is trusted by signing into Icloud and it asked me for the code right away however it doesn't ask when using alt server. I have also tried downloading a previous problem with the same error. I did try to get the code by going to settings manually>icloud>security>activationcode and inputting it but then alt server gave me a server error... I hope this helps narrow down the error @rileytestut
I will supplement my issue: This problem occurs when installing the latest Windows updates (I have windows 10 version 21H2 installed). Later I installed Windows 10 earlier version (1909) on VirtualBox. There is no such problem there - AltServer is steadily working out the installation and updating of applications.
Just ran this test on my Windows 10 21H2 and it worked fine - I entered the code and AltStore appears on my device right away. What are the notifications you see in the side tab? Does it say it is attempting to install at least?
