steps

tap the plus sign

add an ipa that fails, for example YTMusicUltimate

result: app not installed but Altstore now uses space on iPhone Storage

expect: tell exactly why it fails and delete the temporary files created during the install attempt.

I lost 8 gigabytes on my iPad due to this bug and 1 gigabyte on my iPhone. Just enable document access In files to delete it.

This has been needing to be fixed for awhile; I'll get this fixed.
