This does a bunch of things, and should definitely be tested before merging. Mostly, it removes some unnecessary stuff left behind, as well as using the VCPKG version of `winsparkle`...
Allows you to build without @rileytestut's OneDrive 😄 `MenuBarIcon.ico` was taken from the `AltServer` folder (And `Icon.ico` was already present, just unused)
