Several bugfixes regarding uninitialised or empty objects

There were a few more bugs related to uninitialised objects and variables, furthermore some issues that can occur then event attributes are empty. I'll delete the other pull requests, this one contains all affected changes (https://github.com/rileydutton/Exchange-Web-Services-for-PHP/pull/37 and https://github.com/rileydutton/Exchange-Web-Services-for-PHP/pull/35) Would be awesome if you could have a look @rileydutton :)
