"Parent pull request" selector is not shown

  1. I installed Chrome extension
  2. generate Personal Access Token which allows to access repos
  3. set it for Stack. Stack shows 👍

However, "Parent pull request" selector is not shown in my Pull requests. How do I make it visible?
