是给linux云服务器使用，通过README的方法能获取配置却没找到启动代理的方法

启动代理首先要安装 v2ray，然后 v2ray -config <生成的配置文件>

配置你都有了，不是啥都能干了。如果你用的一些第三方的客户端，把配置导入进去就可以了 如果你直接用v2ray-core，那就v2ray -config CONFIG_FILE.json 即可
