Forked to json-xls-converter

If anybody needs an updated version of this package, or want to update json2xls (seems abandoned, but maybe not), I've forked and updated it in json-xls-converter (github, npm), with the same functionality.

Includes an updated version of the old dependency excel-export, by functionscope, which also was outdated.
