Add organization support to the config

Fix #39.

Added Organization support to the config and added a small fix for the case if there is an old config path. Don't know if code style fits your liking but here it is. Have a nice day

Thanks for opening this PR @ebesirik. I made some minor changes but overall it looked good.

~~Just one question, have you tested this functionality and verified that it works for you?~~ EDIT: Nevermind. It follows the docs so should be fine.

Thank you, I made the changes having believe that my other non-personal GPT org was preventing using it but it appears that it was not the only case, so I still have quota issues but I can confirm that it doesn't break things. And I'll also test with a paid account as soon as possible. Then I can report back here again confirming that it works as expected.
