Removing Content instead of Blocking

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Hi, I use Channel Blocker for similar purpose. What's great about it is that it completely removes the channels the user doesn't want to see from the DOM instead of covering the contents with an image or a blank space. I mean although you don't see what you don't want to see, when an image covers it you know it is there which can be sometimes annoying and disturbing. Besides until the extension kicks in sometimes you still get a peak. The same goes with Channel Blocker extension too. It has a fading animation to remove the content. You still get exposed to stuff this way.

Describe the solution you'd like Instead of replacing the element with an image completely removing the content from the DOM could be a perfect seamless solution. The user wouldn't even know.

Describe alternatives you've considered I don't know if it would be possible to implement not rendering the page at all until the content is removed. I mean instead of downloading and rendering and then removing, just loading the page filtering it and then rendering it would be amazing but it must be difficult.

Additional context uBlock does great job with blocking the elements without letting the user get exposed to them. What we see on these technological devices, what we are exposed to are never discussed in tech society and I think it must be an issue of discussion and people should do something about it. Companies make a lot of assumptions about users and spike lots of content I think this is a privacy concern. What we see on the screen of our devices must be our choice not theirs. Thank you for this add on.
