Is there a hook for adblock? On the desktop it is easy to achieve by adblock or user scripts/css

I just started using Slim Social for Twitter and it's great. It so much more responsive and works SO much better than Twitter via the browser or the Twitter Lite app (both of which are very frustrating as they are so unresponsive - very often nothing happens when trying to RT or when expanding a thread, or you try to press something and the screen moves and you press something else - all very annoying).

But the fact there are promoted tweets is a real shame. I don't want to see promoted tweets, ever.

Possible to incorporate unlock Origin?
