We should decide an argument order for all functions and modules to obey then document. This issue is mostly about providing a little consistency across the repo

  1. Noisy QPU object
  2. Perfect QPU object
  3. Benchmark connection
  4. Graph/ qubits
  5. Data objects
  6. Experiment parameters

Experiment parameters probably need order specified too.
