Help not visible in small terminals

Pressing ? doesn't show help if terminal is 18 lines high or less. Program seems to hang unless Enter is pressed to close the invisible window.

When I made the help window, I assumed a minimum terminal size of 80x25 because that's usually a safe assumption at a tty. I should fix this and make it a scroll-able window at some point.
