From [NVEnc 7.70](https://github.com/rigaya/NVEnc/releases/tag/7.70), dolby vision profile 7 in rpu will be converted using libdovi, which might improve the problem mentioned in this issue.
I'll close the issue, as the behavior about the problem mentioned should have been fixed in [NVEnc 7.70](https://github.com/rigaya/NVEnc/releases/tag/7.70).
I also have same problem on B580 with driver 32.0.101.6253. I'll first wait for a while for some driver updates and see if improves.
AV1 Bufsize seems to be multiplied by number of temporal layers (which depends on --gop-ref-dist value) by the driver. [QSVEnc 7.86](https://github.com/rigaya/QSVEnc/releases/tag/7.86) will show the original value in the log.
