Is it possible to encode only audio using input mka, mkv or other audio source?

Unfortunately not. Major focus of this app is video encoding.

Try use ffmpeg or something like that，it's a lot of powerful and ease to use.

@seiya-git @devil40xxx I would also prefer using ffmpeg, if only audio encode is needed. The major purpose of NVEncC having audio encoder (by libavcodec) is to run video and audio encoding simultaneously.
