LAW support of HDFS targets

The Pull Request (PR) introduces the possibility of handling targets in HDFS (Hadoop Distributed File System). The structure of the new classes mimics the GFALFileInterface and WLCGFileSystem ones.

New classes:

  • HDFSFileInterface
  • HDFSFileSystem
  • HDFSTarget
  • HDFSFileTarget
  • HDFSDirectoryTarget
