Underscores break background and text color

Hi,

Thanks for this module! It's much better than mess around with CSS. However, I experience the following issue: if a tag contains a underscore _, then the coloring of text & background stops at the # of the tag.

How to reproduce:

1. Install colorful-tag version 1.3.2 using Obsidian Community plugins

2. Create a note with the following

- [ ] #task/inbox #area/work 
- [ ] #task/inbox #area/work/update 
- [ ] #task/inbox #area/work/notes_management 

3. In colorful tag settings, add the #area/work tag, define a background, text color and activate nest tags:

4. Check the result in "normal" mode

Note: this isn't the case in reading mode:

I have this issue on the latest version (1.3.2) too.
