Update lz4

Hi,

I am on openSUSE and had problems for a while now. Other people reported the same issue to me (https://github.com/cloudsftp/reSnap/issues/23).

I recently figured out, that lz4 seems to not be backward compatible from version 1.10.0 to 1.9.x.

Updating lz-fear to the newer version fixed the issues for me. This PR also includes other dependency updates.
