Can you share documentation for the upgrade, please?

I need to upgrade from 3.1.8 to the latest 3.1.11

Think it is very urgent to create upgrade documentation and guides while you can add an automatic wizard upgrade.

I need to upgrade from 3.0 to the latest... Important to work on keep some changes we made like, for example, the language it was incomplete so I spent many time correcting bad translations and adding missing ones.
