can't download from blocked sites by country

sorry if my english is bad since it's not my first language. is there any solution to download manga from sites that blocked by country? not only the nsfw h-manga sites that has been blocked but recently they began to block general manga sites too (i guess cause there some ecchi manga included there).

i've tried some other way by using free vpn services, but it's too slow to the point that it can't even finished downloading 1 chapter manga with 20 pages.

i really appreciate any kind of solution for this problem, thank you.
