Issue Cloning in VS2013

I think you need to check in your packages or modify your Import tags from most of the solutions.

I also enabled Nuget packages restore, but I am still missing the references.

I used the Visual Studio 2013 Git clonning mechanism.

Updated forms and other packages and it worked!
