fatal error: GLES2/gl2.h: No such file or directory on Raspberry Pi 2 (Raspbian)

When I went to build mupen64plus on the Raspberry Pi 2 running Raspbian it gives me the following error.

fatal error: GLES2/gl2.h: No such file or directory

Am I building this in the wrong directory? Because I don't really think that it matters, but I will tell you that I have it in my home directory.

If anyone can help me with this, that'd be great!
