How to build for Raspberry Pi2

Hey i have a problem. How i can build this source for a rpi2? I use Openelec there has no "make" command it is a Read only system. apt-get install make dosent word read only!

is cross compile a idea? but i don't now how it works.

You can't, openelec has no build tools installed.

Either look at lakka or openelec with retroplayer (no mupen64 for rpi currently)
