I haven't had time to update this branch and I won't probably since this even the place to merge this branch. I would need to coordinate my work with Rico who is busy with maintaining the Vala compiler.

Open the command prompt, then type sudo apt-get install plank following of enter and user pss. But it will not come with window previews, as it isn't yet implemented (thats why this pull request).
