System tray support

Allow Ricochet to be configured to stay in the system tray, and show notifications when interesting activity occurs.

I'd consider this to be one of the major UI enhancements that Ricochet needs.

I'd like to see similar behavior on OSX. Currently if I close the window the app exits completely.
