Nothing happens after pod init

When I click on Product->CocoaPods->Initialize Project it does nothing. It just prints pod init in the console and than nothing happens. I have tried twice, What could be the issue ?

Technical Details are

OS X Version 10.9 Xcode Version 5.0.2
