In Production, after converting pdf file displaying as blank html file

Am using pdf2htmlEX for pdf to html conversion, for this am using kristin in ruby on rails application,

While uploading couple of pdf's alone am able to convert, but while viewing am able to see pdf got blank.

Example:

Try to convert the given below pdf in production, am able to see blank HTML.

Am able to convert this pdf to with HTML data

http://www.pdf995.com/samples/pdf.pdf

Can anybody please help me what is issue between these two. Both are uploading fine but when trying to view the pdfs its not able to visible only in production, in development its working fine.
