Add shortcut in history list to add to persistent list

As for now you have to reach for the mouse to do that...

How were you thinking this would work? Do the hotkey for history, then arrow up/down, then press hotkey? If this is what you were thinking, Alt-P might do the trick.

I like this idea and will add it when my personal life finally dies down. Right now, I'm trying to make sure it builds and is bug free.
