sigseg 0x3 if history file is not present in $HOME/.local/share/parcellite

I made a user using the low feature user creator on ubuntu 22.04 it didn't even make a home directory for me so I had to make that

Got errors and ubuntu error report nonsense . i made my home directory the remaining error was parcellite sigsev sigseg or something cannot read memory at 0x3

so i went online and saw people say similar errors were worked around by making the history file

i touched ~/.local/share/parcellite/history and the problems went away.

why would clipboard history be in a shared folder?

anyway, the computer stopped complaining, and this is an error in parcellite so i decided to report it here because ubuntu makes it too hard to report. I upgraded to 24.04 and the error was still ocurring, but touching that file made the error go away.
