Problem opening PMD file of specific game

Hi there. I've been using your tool and I know that it reads PMD files correctly. However, the specific PS1 game (Red Asphalt) has *.pmd files that don't adhere to the PMD file specification. I've included one of the game files for you to check it out. Could it be that the file is encoded in some way? Do game devs do that? MENUCUBE.zip
