QueryOptions didn't contain filter option

How can I set filter params when I use agent service api or health api？ According to the page： https://www.consul.io/api/features/filtering.html

this is a newer consul feature that hasn't been added to this client yet. its unlikely that i will get to this in the near future, unfortunately. PRs welcome
