Shortcode issues when using caching plugin

It's possible that WP Super Cache causes the issue. The plugin should be able to clear the page cache somehow.

Also look into supporting W3TC

Forcing WP Super Cache not to cache the page when the shortcode is used

W3 Total Cache seems a bit more problematic since it will determine if the page should be cached long before the post has been loaded.
