Paste URL if S3 is not configured

Hey there,

since I want to be self containing I changed the script so that it would just paste the URL if S3 is not configured. Since the render endpoint is open the png will be resolved by rock.chat and displayed. screen shot 2015-11-12 at 15 40 21

Event though if I include an asterisk in the target, it won't resolv it. :/ But that's for an additional ticket. :D
