Compass heading incorrect

Compass heading seems to be incorrect with chrome version 50

Anybody else seeing the same behavior ?

I'm seeing the heading drift after some use, but it reverts to the correct heading after reloading the page. Is this an absolute vs relative cumulative error? The other potential source of error is local magnetic declination. Does anyone know if Chrome on Android reports bearings from magnetic north, or true north?
