Thanks for the DMS mod. However you have only done it for the compass, and the clino works in the same way. I would not worry about it too much, the total station is so different, see https://github.com/richsmith/sexytopo/issues/60 that I find that I have to take a spreadsheet as well to record the data.

As an enhancement, it is good practice that the survey program records in the same way as the survey instrument, so the data should be recorded as DMS. Survex and Therion both understand this Format is d:m:s
