feet support

Does sexytopo support using feet rather than metres? I looked around in the settings and could not find any option to change it. If not, I'd be glad to look into adding support.

I'm afraid it doesn't support feet at present, although it has been requested occasionally. Thanks for the offer of help. At some point I'll need to rewrite the data table view, so might be worth holding off for now.
