Undo / redo data stack

Just got foiled by an accidental touch of the delete button in table view. There is no undo. Preference would be for an undo-redo stack. While that is not implemented/possible, permanent deletes and any other single action edits should have (or have an option of) an 'are you sure? Y/N prompt.

I'm just going to remove the delete row button for now. It seems to be too easy to hit, and you can still use the menu (tools->undo last) or delete the row by long-press.
