Draft: Vagrant support

Some things might still be broken but the goal is to make the build adaptable so that we don't rely on the fact that the directories are relative to eachother. Also Perallell builds are flaky at best so we should try to avoid them.

I ended up doing the Oxide thing and created a whole tool that better encapsulates this requirements while allowing people like omnios etc. to easily make divergent build specs, which we can dataanalyse to see which distribution enables which features etc.
