It's not possible to resize the images, but it would be great to do it anyway for retina Macbooks/iMacs. I don't know how it works, that you put images into the menu bar, but maybe it would be possible by creating a custom html tag <img src... data-retina> or anything like that to half the size, or to use the new html5 attribute (srcset) for higher resolutions: https://www.webkit.org/blog/2910/improved-support-for-high-resolution-displays-with-the-srcset-image-attribute/ This would be pretty cool, 'cause currently my images doesn't look sharp and detailed. original: retina:
