OSS-Fuzz Integration

Hi ! I saw that the miniz project has partial integration with Google's OSS Fuzz. Therefore, I'd like to propose a contribution from my side to integrate initial fuzz targets for OSS-Fuzz. Therefore, I seek the consent from Miniz's maintainers for the same.

Proposed: PR in your repository to add fuzz targets, then in OSS-Fuzz repository for the initial integration.

Hi, the PR on OSS-Fuzz was created as a way to signal that integration is a work in progress, I'll get back to it and open a PR here after I finish with miniz support in my library (https://github.com/randy408/libspng/pull/83).
