question about windows installation

Capture Hello, thanks you for your and the community's good work.! i know this must be a stupid question- have no experience with pip install and running python in cmd...would you please tell me what should i do in order to get it installed on windows and running? spent 1.5 h on it and would really appreciate your help! :-/

You are on the incorrect version of Python. You will need to get Python 2.7
