Adding spells onto items.

Example, adding "Seek Water" spell onto a magical stick that can find water sources.

As mentioned on the GURPS Discord by Dalin, you can essentially get this today by just creating a power source specifically for the item, adding spells to your list and modifying their power source to be that new power source, then adding features to the item to give boosts to spells with that power source.
