Support for new hardpoints (battery, computer, life support)

In 3.12, CIG added battery, computer, and life support hardpoints to Gladius, Talon, and Talon Shrike. It will probably be adopted into other ships since Gladius is the gold standard test bed ship and the Talons are new ships.
