When downloading new media need a way to define the frame-rate.

Perhaps we can pre-populate the rate parameter in the yml file.

@apetrynet does the code use the path attribute in the sequence yml file? If I hand generated the file for the image sequences where I need to make an odd frame rate, would it break anything?

The path is used to locate the files. It should be fine to hand craft a source yml file.

If its not defined, could it take the current folder? Or if I put a pattern for the image sequence, it would add the folder path?
