Make TextureAtlas' accessible

Hi Richard, love the lib, great work as usual. I have a small request. I would like to draw the textures in the TextureAtlases to the screen for debug purposes.

I submitted an issue to have an accessor added to TextureAtlas in Starling and it was added (https://github.com/PrimaryFeather/Starling-Framework/issues/261), now I just need to be able to access the atlases in Fruitfly.
