References in HTML version of article

Why not make the references in the HTML version of the article hyperlinked? If I go to the introduction then I cannot click on references, and there's no obvious direct link to the reference section/page. I can find the references link under the toolbar link 'Main Paper', but I was just randomly clicking on things at that point.

If you're using LaTeX at some point, having backlinks from the reference to citing locations would be good as well.

I'm working on that. The references were done by pandoc, which does not (yet) add such links, so they would have to be done manually. I hope to work out soon how to do this automatically.
